• Kenneth Tucker Builders was incorporated in 1984 as a residential construction company. In 1994 Kenneth Tucker Builders expanded to include commercial construction and pre-fabricated metal buildings. Completed projects include Burke Mortuaries of Newton, new funeral home; Denver Volunteer Fire Department, new fire department; The Storage Bin, mini storage warehouses; Kids-In-Motion Daycare, new daycare facility; The Hair Station, a new barber shop; Auto King Car Wash, a new car wash; Caldwell Electric, new addition; Lake Norman Propane, new business facility; Denver Tire, new auto repair shop; Crawford & Crawford Composites Inc., a new race shop; and Rockefeller Centre, a retail strip center. In 2004, Kenneth Tucker Builders merged with Denver Construction Company to form one entity of residential, commercial, and pre-fabricated metal building construction.
